歡迎使用旅郵。旅郵由 GI Group Holdings Limited（「本公司」或「我們」）營運。使用旅郵即表示你同意本條款及《私隱政策》。
1. 使用資格
你必須年滿 13 歲才可以使用旅郵。如你未滿 18 歲，須取得父母或監護人同意。
2. 你的帳戶
你須提供真實資料，並負責保管帳戶安全。每人只可以使用一個帳戶。你可以隨時在 App 內刪除帳戶。
3. 明信片的寄送規則
- 明信片須在你實際身處的城市寄出，並會按兩地距離計算送達時間
- 送達時間為模擬時間，可能因系統維護等原因有所延誤
- 不得以任何方式偽造位置或干擾服務的運作
4. 你的內容
你保留你所創作內容的權利。為提供服務，你授予本公司一項非獨家、免版稅、全球適用的許可，以儲存、處理、傳送及顯示你的內容予你選擇的收件人。你須確保你有權使用所上載的相片和內容。
5. 禁止的行為
- 發布違法、仇恨、騷擾、色情、暴力或侵犯他人權利的內容
- 冒充他人或發送垃圾訊息
- 未經同意收集其他用戶的資料
- 嘗試入侵、破壞或濫用服務
你可以在 App 內舉報不當內容或用戶，我們會在 24 小時內審核，並可能移除內容或停用帳戶。
6. 郵票、會員及購買
- 郵票及會員透過 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 購買，並受其條款約束
- 會員訂閱會自動續期，除非你在當期結束前最少 24 小時於 App Store 或 Google Play 的帳戶設定中取消
- 郵票及郵票設計屬於 App 內的虛擬項目，沒有現金價值，不可轉讓或兌換現金
- 退款按 Apple 或 Google 的政策處理
7. 服務的變更和終止
我們可能修改、暫停或終止部分服務。如你違反本條款，我們可以停用你的帳戶。
8. 免責聲明
旅郵按「現況」提供。在法律允許的範圍內，我們不就服務不中斷、無錯誤或完全符合你的需要作出保證。
9. 責任限制
在法律允許的範圍內，本公司對因使用旅郵而引起的間接或附帶損失不承擔責任；本公司的總責任以你在過去 12 個月內就旅郵支付的金額為上限。
10. 適用法律
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，雙方同意接受香港法院的非專屬司法管轄權。
11. 條款更新
我們可能不時更新本條款，並會在 App 內通知重大變更。更新後繼續使用即表示你接受新條款。

Terms of Service
Welcome to Postway, operated by GI Group Holdings Limited (the "Company", "we"). By using Postway you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 to use Postway. If you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your account secure. One account per person. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
3. Sending postcards
- Postcards must be sent from the city you are actually in; delivery time is based on the distance between the two places
- Delivery times are simulated and may be delayed, for example during maintenance
- You must not fake your location or interfere with how the service works
4. Your content
You keep the rights to what you create. To run the service you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, process, transmit and display your content to the recipients you choose. You must have the right to use any photos and content you upload.
5. What's not allowed
- Content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent or that infringes others' rights
- Impersonation or spam
- Collecting other users' data without consent
- Attempting to break into, disrupt or misuse the service
You can report content or users in the app. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content or suspend accounts.
6. Stamps, membership and purchases
- Stamps and membership are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms
- Memberships renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your App Store or Google Play account settings
- Stamps and stamp designs are in-app virtual items with no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money
- Refunds are handled under Apple's or Google's policies
7. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or end parts of the service. We may suspend your account if you break these terms.
8. Disclaimer
Postway is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet every need.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Postway, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Postway in the previous 12 months.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
11. Updates
We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes in the app. Continuing to use Postway means you accept the updated terms.
